I am fortunate to have met Cijay during my course of work and also attended his Zest Academy’s real estate courses.
At that point of time, I didn’t realise there are 4 shining stars in the real estate, whom advocates calculations and strategies that was very different compared to the other medicore real estate companies. It was also sheer concidence that I manage to join Cijay’s team after doing a walk in interview at PropNex.
Lucky for me, PropNex’s director, Mr Alan Lim proposed this great man to me and thus I’m a proud member in Powerful Negotiators – Cijay & Associates.
Having joined him since 2011, I have made many new friends, exposed myself to an arsenal of knowledge and skillsets necessary in this industry.
Cijay also taught me to be innovative and always ensure all of us are in the right track. As such, the team is able to make good progression year after year.
Cijay has a personal touch to every individual of us as well. I personally looked up to him and envision to follow in his footsteps. A good role model for all of us. And a truly magnificent great leader in the team!
