My best gift of my life, after retirement, is when I found my best mentor, Cijay, 9+ years ago. Despite of my age, he never treat me differently.
What I am today, apart from my hard work, is from his constant encouragement & unending supports to me & my team.
Cijay has numerous whatsapp chat groups for his team members in order to keep in touch and communicate with all of them effectively. Almost every morning he will never fail to sent motivational quotes to all the chat groups to spur and to motivate them. He is also the first person to respond to any queries from members in the chat group, be it simple doubts on HDB procedures, ABSD issues, etc, etc. He even sent website links for them to ensure that the correct answer is from the source.
Cijay attends to the chat almost 24/7, I’m amazed at how he can manage to so many things altogether. Especially on complex and challenging cases, he will personally call to explain to the person asking the question.
He has wealth of knowledge in this industry and I must say he is almost like our walking dictionary!
Most of us know that Cijay is also one of the founders of Zest Academy Group where he also the key trainer on wealth creation seminar, property investment workshops and real estate salespersons’ training programs.
He is super committed in his role as a mentor contributing to our group in Powerful Negotiators @ PropNex. I must say that he is able to manage his work-life balance very effectively and efficiently.
Cijay is always full of energy, a Mentor who literally walks the ground. He not only help to co-manage the #PowerfulNegotiators, Team D15/16 GTA, Cijay & Associates, but he also never fail to lead the team at road shows, door knockings and on the ground activities. He holds weekly I.E.S. – (Idea-Exchange Session) where any members from the group (many not be his direct downlines) are all free to attend too. This is to ensure all have frequent meet ups and review weekly basis to achieve our goals.
On the group level, he is consistently one of the many facilitators for our 3-day Sales Mastery Bootcamp.
He also initiated 3 major activities:
(1) Recruitment;
(2) Bonding; and
(3) Training.
Our first bonding activity was held recently at Kallang Leisure Park where more than 40 members gathered to have fun together as a team.
His unselfish disposition constantly inspire everyone to succeed in this industry. Apart form his serious work matter, he also organise social gatherings.
Every year, all his associates will celebrate Lunar New Year together at his home and frequent gatherings to makan too.
Occasionally, we also have ad hoc durian fest at his home.
In conclusion, I dare say that those who who had found Cijay is almost like striking $1m lottery which everyone yearns to achieve.
