I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Zest Academy that has provided me with expert advice in investing on the right properties. Besides just using the MPS software to chart and analyse the market trends, using one of their many Creative Financing Strategies, it has helped me to obtained 80% loan instead of 60% that is normally the case for 2nd property loan. This is very critical as the savings of 20% is more than $600,000 & allows me to maximise leveraging effect & multiply my property investments in other segment. In the process, I learned to restructure my property portfolio to unlock my profit & start collecting multiple passive income from other investment made. The amount would probably have been much lesser if I’ve not attended Zest Academy’s program (Millionaire Property System).
I really appreciate Cijay’s private NTUC session with me so that I can have a clearer picture on how to maximise what I have. Cijay shared during the session that it is not what I have that is important, it is what I do with what I have that really make the difference. (Which is the lazy money in my bank & CPF, as well as the paper gain in profit that I am sitting on my current property) Kelvin has also been very professional and shared using all his checklist to systematically do my research before I commit on my investment. He has always made things easy and convenient for me so that the transactions can be done smoothly with all the calculation program, entry & exit checklist, comparison checklist & MPS software to do charting. I don’t have to worry about missing out any nitty gritty details as I can depend on the programs & checklist to go through step by step. Dominic’s session on landed property segment arouse my interest to look into this particular neglected segment & so finally made up my mind to focus searching landed. Last by not least, Bobby’s creative ways (mind-map process) to search for best deals in town, specific methods to handle agents & usage of internet tools available to ensure I get the best deal everytime is very useful.
Anyone who is interested in investing properties should have an expert, an industry insider, mentor, who they can trust as their ally. I’m glad I have found Zest Academy & I recommend them highly.
